www.caips.ca !!! they accept money through Wersten Union but you have to inform them earlier by mail that you dont have paypal account!

i done business with her several times, she is a very nice lady and will help as much as she can, also she is aware of paypal issues and local incompetence in services so just use that one and you wont have to overexplain to them, they know already

To my knowledge, no, although if you have graduated from a well known university chances are scholars there would know about it, but still i have heard it many times that canadian credentials and experience is what counts the most.

French and Lebanese University are well recognized

Lebanese university is recognized in france and Quebec top universities , you can view it on LU webpage
