there is no logic in the whole procedure!!
and what makes it even more depressing, is that they don't even bother themselves and answer to our e-mails... and they say that their resources are dedicated to processing the files, that's why they don't answer. and at the same time they keep our files for months without any updates...

they said in the VM request e-mail, that I have to expect an 8 months waiting period... so far 5 months have passed. so I'm still on the safe side. but it's really annoying to have no visibility of our application progress.
did anyone already passed this 8 months waiting period without any updates??

just print out the email , i went to verdun, embassy makes you stand in queue outdoors

i undergone my medicals and submitted them early Sept. '13... still no change in my status!

did you delay sending the required updates papers ? i received the medical email at the last week of September, i submitted medicals and sent the required updates the same week, ecas shows in process since 9 nov 2013

ah so you paid the 2$ for the sms notification, i didnt see the need for that option in my case cause my inbox is accessible from 3 different devices, yes i am a bit of a geek lol

passport at the embassy because in the mail

not at all mate! i rcvd the mail on 23rd of august! i did my test 3 or 4 days after, and the doc examination one week later! it took around 2 weeks to update my status to medicals received! and no update since then...
Even my lawyer's address update is not submitted yet, it still shows the office's old address :S

Anw, i ordered caips, early last week! estimated results time early next month! Hopefully!

really not clear how they process their files load.. hopefully it is only ecas not updated, and soon all of us get the PPR

www.caips.ca !!! they accept money through Wersten Union but you have to inform them earlier by mail that you dont have paypal account!

I received the email by mid sep and submitted the docs by the end of oct.Ecas not showing in process
