Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

Regardless of when the medical was done, most late 2010-begining 2011 applicants got their process(security check) started around mid august. by deducting one week before new years and one week after new years(holidays,files untouched), you will notice that the process took exactly 6 months...
That's how i see it

Medical done in nov and still not in process.I hope the ecas does not mean anything.

some files since those dates are getting in process recently, so hopefully soon they update your ecas..

He received it!!! They sent it to an e-mail address not even on file!! I had created an email address to send them an inquiry, and they sent it to that email.

Expires March 31st...but they will extend it.

You can't land unless you have a valid csq in hand.
They receive the renewal online in Bucharest and the applicant receives it by mail
