ur right all applicant before 2008 we refused but the thing
he did medical in may 2013 i thank and he get the visa know
it mean near to 8 month that seam to in the 8 month time

they get rid of all applicants under category federal skill worker before 2008 ,not Quebec skill workerd ,u pointed by urself about this subject one month ago when Tashnaq spoke about rumor that they started closing all files under QWS, did u forget that?? any way maybe this applicant apply to Quebec from 2006,not federal part,and maybe this applicant got married and they evaluated his application again and he waited about 2 years after that to send his file for federal part

my dear,they get rid of from applications under category federal skill workerd ,not QWS ,u have confused between another subjects and things,plz read the article about applicantions 2008 correctly

Yes, but we don't know if he's a FSW or QSW. The entire story sounds fishy to me.

now u r right,so we have 2 choices,the one is that maybe he is FSW and his file was priority to process it and they didnt get rid off from it?
the second that he is really QSW and he applied to Quebec in 2006 and after 2 years he got CSQ and sent his application to federal part and during this time he got married,thats why they started evaluate his application agian and u know(it takes many time for that)then he sent again update of his file?
now u should choose between these assumptions ,i feel as if i write a story walahi
