nothing special, that's the normal process in AD VO within a year. no priority not related to NOC.

THANKS Patientman, wallah I believe the only thing is that for a fact the federal process doesn't take more than a year nowadays.
I know people who spent more than 2 years waiting for CSQ and their federal process was completed within a year. So if you already have submitted your federal application, then juat set back and relax give it around 5 to 6 months for medical request and another 5 to 6 months for PPR inshallah.
