Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

sorry guys but I am still new here. I have a question regarding the visa offices supposed to be processing the QSW applications. The schedule of the processing times shows that the offices with the longest processing times are Amman and Beirut. I can see in your forum that Beirut cases are being processed in Bucharest as well which takes much less time. Does this apply to all Beirut cases? Do you know if there is something similar in Amman office? Thanks.

Another question...since you're visa office is Bucharest...did they transfer your file back to Beirut for the visa? Or do you need to send your passport to Bucharest?
