no wonders they sent medical emails for all federal applicants, it sounds as if they are finalizing many files before they issue visas, personaly i don't think all that wait is for one person background check up.. while it took other ppl in the middle east only few months.. hopefully that scheduled date for visas is soon

Seems it takes more than 2 months for medical results to be received in Ottawa //at least from lebanon//
then you can count 8-12 weeks, so it normal.

Thats what the Dr told //ricoluna// she done her meds on 3 oct and medical results will be received in Ottawa mid of december.

guys, what the maximum time for police certificate check to get the visa? is it 6 month from receiving the medical results, or from updating docs?

I think the police certificate check is an independent procedure done in canada or somewhere else other than candian embassies.

usually it takes after medical exam from 3 to 5 month that's what they all said, even the independent immigration offices in Lebanon, but i think it will take from 5 month to 8 month
as they mentioned in their email from Bucharest, they will work on our papers within the eight coming month

That child is a very heavy sleeper.! He asked to wake him up when September ends. I did woke him up few weeks ago, his answer was:' I didn't specify what year you dump ass.'

I'm glad because the word ass is allowed in this forum, I was upset when I found out that the word *censored word* is prohibited... I think I'll use the word ass, or Fuss as a curse. And so should you... a new survey done by me proved that holding the anger inside is bad for your health...

Hi everyone ;

I'm one of the QSW who is waiting for visa . I have a question , i'm going to landing to Quebec but move to another province ( such as Ontario or Alberta) right after landing. I heard if i move to another province right after landing my file may be rejected for citizenship. Would you please guide me in this matter? Thank you in advance

Don't even think about it. Not before 1 year of residing in Quebec, you'll get in big trouble if you move to another province...
My wife is Canadian and she's residing in Ontario, so they made me sign the "intend to reside in Quebec" for a second time

i think you can go directly to Ontario, my friend got his immigration with QSW, then he went with his family directly to Ottawa, they didn't tell him anything on the airport and he got a good reception and till now 4 years in Ottawa and no one ask him about his landing in Ontario.

okay but i think they can do nothing, you can say i have a good offer in Ottawa, at the end Cananda is one Canada and the immigration visa isn't specific for Quebec
