Hello guys, i found an interesting info, it might help who don t wanna wait to get the PR...u can enroll i university in Montreal and go in a student visa...and because u have already CSQ u pay as a Quebec resident,,which means 3500 $ /year for MCGILL...around 3000 $ Concordia. They just confirmed me from MC GILL."With a CSQ, you would be subject to the same fees as a student from Quebec. Please refer to http://www.mcgill.ca/legaldocuments/your-documents for more information."
Thank you,
Andrew, Service Point

My kind regards,

Winni, I tried this many times, but it has always been:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on October 16, 2012.

we never see any updates, and I gues someone was saying that he contacted their customer support earlier and they responded quickly. Can you tell us what is the contact or how to get to it?
Thanks!

Yea, it is conditional, you have to hold CsQ and be already in canada..

currently they start the security and background check at the same time with the medical exams..
no fixed time for ppr after medicals, but recent visas were given around 6 months after medicals at bucharest..

could we have any sign after medical exam that we will receive the PPR soon
i mean eno at least we need two month to left work and prepare for traveling , so it is bad to wait six month after medical to know the final decision without any sign before two month at least, or men el e-cas per example ma bbayin eno we will get the ppr soon ???

E-cas doesn't show much details and it's not always updated. You applied in 2012? Most of the people in this forum have been waiting since 2009-2010...so you need to be patient...your turn will come! It seems the process is starting to run smoother.

Dear All, I got the medical e-mail now youppiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

But I have a problem and I really appreciate if any one can help me in it

I lived in France in 2002 for a 2-3 years, so in the e-mail they want my police certificate which I didn't manage to get it, the French Judiciaire has an online system when I have to submit an application then they will send the certificate by courier, I did this more than 5 times since 2010 and I didn't received any, I even contacted the French ambassy in Beirut but they couldn't help me

so in this case what should I do??????????????

Thanks
