Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

I have a question for the table! and I'll be very thankful and frankly, very interested in knowing your opinion guys.

making a long story short, after losing the connection with the Canadian embassy in the last two/three years, I decided to travel to Germany to continue my study there... and after being here in Germany for almost seven months, now I might be about to receive the medical form, which can be a little bit of a problem because they don't know that I'm here, so what should I do:

A. go back to my country hopping that if I take the medical test there my trip to Germany without informing the embassy about the address changing won't affect my case. Or
B. I can just take the med exam here and hope that they won't care about the place and they will just go on with the process...

Please be aware that (which is a nightmare for me) the worst scenario can happen is they telling me that: you are studying and working there, you went on with your life, why do you want to immigrate? no sir, we are sorry.

I really love Canada, and being a Canadian is a real dream of mine, I even feel her (Canada) as a part of me =)))). I even wanna have sex with Canada and have little babies and name them after Canadian famous people....
I seriously don't want to risk... so what should I do? what would you do if you were in my shoes.?

the answer is simple they want you to continue your life normally it is good for you and them that you have a higher degree now changing your address is not matter since all communication now through email. in germany check the approved medical center and do the medical once you receive it .i think passport stamp will be in the office where your file processed.

I think Abu Dhabi visa office is affected and they arent working at all ;D until today i cant see any info when i check my file on e-cas.

you should receive your AOR number by an email from CIC office in canada and not from abu dhabi VO..

yes, seems not working at all, i know some ppl sent their passport for visa stamp sonce 45 days.
I think applicants from lebanon send their passport to Romania,
because applicant from saudi arabia they are sending it to abu dhabi vo by aramex

Congratz and hopefully you get your visa in less than a year my ecas was initiated by cic in canada (application received) and there was no more updates even when the caips showed that my application is in process..

seems going faster, it became 39 months and before it was 40 ;D

it sometimes takes couple of months before you can see your ecas.. the process of 2009 files is different than the process of 2013 ones, so hopefully your application goes faster

I hope I will get medical with 4 months, as in abu dhabi visa office they are processing medical for march 2013
but maybe one in process it will come online :S strange seems our vo they not working ;D

Hello dears,
any one knows the history of Beirut office process time?
as for this year it started 37 months and now it's 39 so what was the process time in 2012-2011-2010?
I contacted most of the agencies found in" Alwaseet" they all said that it will take 8 months, so either they are liars or their information are void!

the lie 8 months for Quebec or federal I think, these 39 months means last cases who got their visa like yma and others
most office new applicants became around 1 year

the 39 months are for applicant who got the CSQ and applied for the federal, and the 39 months period is for the federal part only, regardless of the 2.5 years spent waiting the CSQ, at least that what I understand I really hope that I'm wrong
so are you sure it will take around one year it??!!

the processing time is starting from the federal not including the csq time.
in 2010_2011 and 2012 , it was growing from 18 months, to 24 m to 36 m as i remember,..
so when i applied it was suppose to take about a year , now it's more than 3 years, so take a deep breath and don't worry,

That's Beirut VO/Damascus but other offices became too fast, as you can see the new update of processing times, how fast it became.

so within few month will be back to normal
