My immigration consultant was Nizar Zakka,apparently he was stealing money from the Canadian government. They put on hold all his immigration files for 2 years for investigation.

I didn't contact them...but you can use the specific Bucharest form.
 
Whoever's in Lebanon, can you please ask the troublemakers to cut it out for a while? The embassy is slow during the normal days, they don't need extra distraction...

Yup, I should hear something this week or the next from the mp... Last time it took couple of days, I guess cic is overloaded lately...

I just received my caips file.I noticed that the primary office is Bucharest and secondary office is Beirut.

Not to much mentioned,except for eligibility assessment EC-QC/PNP due on 5/6/13.Anyone knows what does that mean?

Also I have noticed that my email in the caips file is missing( _). No wonder I did not receive anything when my file was transferred to Bucharest.
To whom can we send an email to rectify the email address.

WOWWW DEAR U MADE MY DAY ! I VE SENT MY FEDERAL FILE END MAY, SO 1 MONTH AFTER U...MEANS MY FILE WAS TRANSFERED TO BUCHAREST TOO :) :D.HOPE BY NEXT SUMMER WE WILL BE IN MONTREAL
