hey guys;
since it is taking too long to get the visa stamped, what happens if the CSQ expires before that?

thanx

Hey TF, I am in the process of finding that out, I sent BIQ a mail last week and they responded yesterday, but not to my question cause the email address used is not the same as on the file which i requested to change the address at least 6 months ago . Also mentioned in the email that in order to change your info on your CSQ you will need to send a written letter to their office in montreal (100$ DHL), furthermore i did mention the delay in federal application and they responded by not being able to do a thing about it ----> contact the embassy that is processing your application (which we all know is a dead end)

I am going to write BIQ again from my old email address (which was hacked and recovered) and hopefully they can respond within next week with the answer to that question, my CSQ expires next september.

Best Regards,

Why dont you search for job in Quebec that will hurry up the process

This search engine for CSQ holders

http://emploiquebec.net/individus/emploi/travailler-au-quebec.asp

Actually I am getting interviews over phone from Montreal, but I dont have the CSQ yet.

actually I tried getting a job and after several interviews, I almost got a contract, but the companies always restrained from continuing when it comes to the LMO as it takes around 12 months to get it signed. without it you can not apply for work permit at the embassy. >:(

Then use CAIPS as Ricoluna said, you will get correct answer, cause its paid service ;D

My friend send it, he got answer, I will let you know what did they say.

buna Ricoluna,

I did post about it, they said nothing more than their usual emails " we will contact you about your file when the time comes" although it was already exceeded the designated time table.

My Friend

I think the vo office will ask the "moyen orient" section in Quebec in order to renew the QCS for another year before they will ask for ppr...as it's their problem and not yours that processing of some applications took more than double of the average!!!!

if you want to be sure 100% you can send an inquiry to the "moyen orient" section in Quebec on their site, and within 10 working days you will receive an answer through your email.

Could please any body help , i apply my file threw lawyer , if i want to check file status threw caips.ca , it better to do it alone or ask the lawer to do it

thanks so much

Dear Oz83

ordering the caips notes is a very simple precess ,,, you can do it by yourself within minutes ... fill 2 forms , scan and attach them to their email ... you'll pay 30~40 CAD by a credit card or pay-pal and within 5~6 weeks you will receive your caips notes by email... don't worry,,, it's just a computer generated print out regarding what's happened to your application.... you can know the real and actual situation and what is the next timeline process regarding your application...

trust me .,,,, immigrating to Canada doesn't need a lawyer ... they can do nothing more than taking money and giving some advices .and it might be wrong sometimes..
all what an applicant should be is to be careful and not be in rush. "

Lawyers different than consultants

so as been told, there are only 12 lawyers in Canada for immigration and well trusted

Just sent an email to 2 caips services regarding how to pay them for their services from Leb since paypal is not an available service in that cuntry, the credit card payment is through paypal too which does not process Leb credit cards. if you didnt know this information before then rest assured it is old news that most online merchants and services have sanctioned leb on their list . waiting on their reply and will share here.

Hello guys, yesterday i met a family coming from Montreal, and they told me that rules were changes for citizenship , and now u have to wait 10 years in order to obtain Canadian passport, and not 3 like before.
So for those who were thinking to stay 3 years , obtain the passport and be back in Gulf to work....forget it !
