hi :) , this is to reply to your question exactly as is :

Please submit a written statement indicating any changes since you submitted your application for all applicants age 18 and over in:

- Your personal history (employment, education, membership or association with organizations, government positions).
- Your addresses
- Your marital status
- Your family composition
- Please indicate all travels done since you submitted your application (dates, purpose of trip, countries visited).

Provide updated police certificates for all applicants age 18 and over from your current country of residence and if you or any of your family members have resided in any country for more than 6 months, please submit original police certificate from that country.

OK, It is much more clear now. Thank you!

So they have already reach the ones of February.

Let us continue to rely on God for the upcoming.

Fadi when i was submitting the updates, the information officer in the Canadian embassy said, that the submission of new files will take up tp 15 days to arrive to Damascus. So I don't think that file processing will be conducted in Beirut unless they changed the processing procedures since then

Best

I've called the embassy and they told that the embassy will be closed , files will be transfered to other offices and probably it will be Beirut ,
