Thanks everyone! I wish you all luck and I think everyone will hear something soon! They sent it to him by e-mail. The letter says the transfer was made to speed up the process...so I guess the Beirut Office is swamped with files, so to speed up the process they are sending them to places that are not busy. This is how the letter starts....

Hehe yes...it says Bucharest will process the file til the end but for interview (if any) and passport request for the visa...it will be done in Beirut.

Hey everybody yesterday the lawyer told me a lot of file which transferred from Damascus to Amman office they start asking for medical and quebec has stopped taking new file till 31 jul 2013 untill they finish all outstanding file so inshalla before that inshalla we will be all in Quebec )))))))))))
