After 11 month from medical waiting i just received a reply to my email saying

Dear Sir,
The application is currently under the assessment of the visa officer.
You will be informed once we are ready to pass to the next stage of processing, or if more information is needed in order to finalize the application.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Lezem hada yes2alon can u please explain to us what is the assessment process as our files have already been assessed and as a result we have been accepted and selected as Quebec immigrants some 3 year ago after being interviewed and issued a CSQ. So what is the assessment about ? We know very well that the federal stage of immigration is composed of medical and security checks.

I think Apolo once send an email and they replied saying 3am ya3mlo security check. .

Bi April they replied : your application is passing through the required assessment process.
Bi July they replied: your application is waiting to be reviewed by the visa officer.
And today they replied: Your application is under assessment.
Daya3ona!?!?!?!?

Guys, the 3 hours meeting with souheilo and anthony was very important, we discussed the situation and proposed some possible solutions, in between we suggested to send to CIC a collective mail but we need to discuss all options with all of you.

Those who are interested, prepare yourself for a new meeting in a few days. The situation is critical and some of u are right on the red line with expired medicals... Let's think together...

If u remember,when our files were transferred to Bucharest, they sent us an email saying that this transfer will not cause any additional time. However I received once an email saying :" Please be advised that this file was transferred to us from the Visa Office in Beirut and therefore our published processing time does not apply to those cases which were in the inventory of the Beirut office awaiting processing"

You are right we discussed this yesterday. Send them an email Jadzz and tell them that as per the information you provided on xx date, you mentioned that our files that were transferred to you will not cause any additional delays, and so far we have not received the visa and the delay has exceeded the time mentioned on your website. Please advise us what is the reason behind this delay.
