Akeed in our case Security is done after medicals. Usually my lawyer told me the opposite is true & the whole process should take 3 to 6 months after medicals, but unfortunately for us it is different.
Now when i ordered CAIPS Notes last month, it stated that Medical: Passed and SECURITY: Not Started.
But we still do not know for sure if security has not started or it is under process and not finished. So i cannot rely on CAIPS.
I spoke with the lawyer few days back, and according to him Security is the stage that takes the most time to be completed. He told me that the delay is not from Bucharest, because they usually would rather finish all files quickly in order to reduce their workload. It is all in the hands of the Security Agencies.
The main questions remain: Have they started the Security checks ? If yes, when ?
And in case they have not started them, then why ?
Assuming they have not started them, then what have the files been doing there for the last 10 months or so ?
This is the stage that needs clarification.
In my opinion they must have started them as many people in the forum got PPR. BUT THIS IS JUST AN OPINION.
