He is Bucharest applicant. I don't know him.But a lady who helped me in my file(she has dozen of files),told me that one guy got the golden email with app received.Even after he deposited his passport it was still received.
My ecas is received....

First of all, did you order ur caips!?

Second, concerning the ecas he told me that "tojlita" to keep applicant attached to the process… and the proof that he changed his address one year ago, they confirmed back by mail but the ecas still intact… and he received my csq renewal on his new mail… so alle ma tetekel wala 10% 3laya…

third, concerning the residency in QC, the signed paper has no legal value… but in case u had a good job offer noone can make u stay and to be one the safe side… u have to prove to them that ur stay in QC didnt help to improve ur life, bighad l nazar 3 or 6 months! Ya jame3a ma tetsawaro edde 3am bi shadedo lama ta2admo 3al citizenship, fi nes ma 3atouwa l passport min wara lcheck in taba3 l fb w 3erfo enno keno barrat canada… bl mokhtasar l moufid 3am bilabto bl 3alam… alleh l lawyer ma ba2a baddoun metel l awal saro 3am bi na2ouwoun 3al tabliye…

We can land at any airport in canada, but in montreal things will go smoother with less investigation and potential rejection…

there are no consequences. Immigration Quebec informed me that once you land you become a permanent resident and no one can force to stay in Quebec. it's called intent to reside in Quebec, not should live in Quebec. what intent would you still have if more than 3 months pass and you're jobless?
I've been here for almost 3 months and I'm receiving job offers from Ontario, nothing yet from Quebec.
I think that the only problem will occur if you don't apply for citizenship after 3 years and decide to renew your pr card

I send an email to Bucharest, to inform them that i received the new CSQs and i ask them to update the file.

The pr is renewed every 5 years. But u need 3 years out of 5 to get the Canadian nationality.

man, unfort. it's totally the opposite... the quota is the target number of visas to be given in one year and this number would change every year due to many factors... so no visas will be granted till next year if the target is achieved.

ma32oul khalaso l quota w jebo l target...? this is the quest? cz if this is true we will go for remedicals for sure... bas we're just in the middle of the year... till now am eliminating this option... coming days will reveal whats next!

Did anyone request it and got the right information?

Forget about the due date. It means nothing.My Due date was in June 2013.
