A friend of mine received his ppr two weeks before medical expired, he was obliged to book and barely found round trip booking ticket, went there did landing registered address of his other friend, came back submited his resignation from work prepared himself for 1-3 months then traveled back again paid another time one way ticket,

I met a guy at the RAMQ in Montreal yesterday.
He received his ppr around 2 weeks ago, landed 10 days ago. His medical expires on May 23rd.
We talked a bit. He was losing hope of receiving the ppr.
He's a Damascus/Bucharest 2010 applicant and Lebanese.
My health coverage will start on June 1st, which means 45 days after applying for the health card.

They gave you this card on the plane, around half an hour before landing. I used to fill in this card each time I visited Canada.
The other forms are your responsibility, you should fill them out and print them.

For new arrivals to canada they should mention their home country adress where they lived, because they dont consider it your home adress when you didnt live there yet, thats at least what i was told,
It is just routine form they will give it to everybody will emter canada..

Hello Cherif, please can u assure us which type of CIC forms the person should pocess, other than the A3 form with the picture they delivered us with the passport & stamped visa, and other than the declaration of alcohol and tobacco the person fill it in airplane.??

Form E677 if the amount of money is exceeding 10,000$

Regarding health card, someone told me that you cant transfer your medical card to another province before you complete 6 months.

In case someone doesn't apply for medical/health card in Quebec, can he move to Toronto then apply for heath card there?

for sure you can do this , my friend who is QSW , landed in ottawa and apply for everything there as he is a federal applicant

But if you land in quebec and apply for health card in quebec , you cant cancel it b4 6 months or transfer it, I don't know their procedure

khalin nefham shaghle , when you got ppr and apply for the visa they can delay you one month to give ur passport back, tayeb iza inta ba3ed fi two weeks la el meds to expire shou bsir hon?
do they stamp the visa within 3 working days?
hayde el case tab3it ur friend mbayan as u said eno howe take ppr b 06 may wo landed b 10 may , so it takes about a 4 days to stamp his visa

I don't think eno fi shi law bi elak 6 month , hayde kela hake , whenever you move to another province you can transfer your papers but you should wait a specific period again to be covered , anyway you can land in Quebec give them address to a friend there, and when they mail your papers apply then in Ontario , as i know that you are free to do whatever you want in Canada
