i got the golden mail as well
within the email they said they need my passport and the documents in order to make a final decision.
is it normal? does it mean they haven't make the final decision yet ? while on ecas , they say that a decision has been made .

No one so far who still have app received did get his visa. So I guess they did not start working on our files as yet.Maybe a different agent is working on it.
Anyway let's wait and see,hopefully the coming days will bring us good news. I've ordered caips ,next week I shall get it.Perhaps it will give me an update on my case.
