Well, I got my Caips today! but I didnt share cz the report didn't bring anything new! only medicals passed...
eligibility, criminality and security checks are not started yet... so not as I expected...!

my ecas status still showing app rcvd!

i think it depends on CSQ expiry date… Mine expired 16-2-2014 and am still waiting to receive the renewed form! So once they get it they would proceed with the file…

Am trying to be positive till now!

well! not true… they have to give a least a prior notice of 3 months!

Btw rcvd date of medicals may differ than the date of submission. I sent my medicals on 5 sept 2013, the caips shows their submission date 13 days later

for your knowledge you can not trust all immigrants lawyers . i am sure that you know better than many of them . they did big mistakes and cases refused because of wrong info so you can not count on all of them. so the best thing is to fill exactly what they want and it will not take from you any time

Exactly.Mine was on put on hold between 2008 and 2011 because of one of them.Never trust a lawyer or immigration consultant.

i was hoping that ecas turns out to be not accurate and that our applications are under processing but apparently this assumption was wrong

I think the update was done yesterday or today. The title has changed to in process.

When I click on the link the content not changed and It is like :

We received your application for permanent residence on September , 2010.We started processing your application on September, 2010.We transferred your application to the Bucharest office on February , 2012. The Bucharest office may contact you.Medical results have been received.

It has nothing to do with CSQ. My own expired last year and i renewed it too last year.
