They've been saying that my entire life. I doubt it will ever happen. Quebec relies on Canada for a lot of things, they wouldn't be able to survive on their own. There's an election coming up, that's why it's all over the news now. It's nothing new though.

I guess they had too many people drop off their passports. It used to be 2 days...drop it off on Tuesday, pick it up on Thursday.

cameron,i have received it 4 months ago,i continued it and registered ,my session will finish after one week,my agent told me that she will send to me a certificate of participation from Quebec gouverment
