Your right jet, how many people waiting,, I met 2 days ago someone had medical test & was waiting for visa but 2008 applicants cancelled his dream is game over :'( he had CSQ on November 2007 & Federal 2008

Maybe they will come & say 2010 cancelled etc ... they told him that his profession not required now ???
The asked a lawyer to follow his case

Hello dears, today i received my file number for federal application, seems they move quickly, the told me my file will be transfered to my visa office : = Beirut to be totally proceeded.
When i can check my status online...after how many days? i have tried today but nothing...maybe because my file is not yet in process??

Thanks for wishes ;D...but akeed i will not wait for so long, they are moving faster now. I sent my file in Sydney and they receive it on 7 june 2012...after 2 weeks they extracted the money from my account...and after 2 more weeks i get the file number in email saying

" Un examen de votre demande et documentation révèle que vous satisfaites aux exigences en ce qui concerne la façon dont la demande est remplie et aux exigences de l’article 10 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés (RIPR).

Votre demande a été transmise au bureau des visas pour traitement complet."

don't be sad, enjoy your life and forget canada but don't you ever withdraw your application.
all the applications will be finalized by the end of 2013.
they are working now on partner visas, and soon they will work on our files ... the hard time is gone, still a little bit of suffering.
the person who you met is so unlucky... he seems like he got the federal number before february 27, 2012. but you are luckier, you are 2010 applicant. and I ensure that everything will be alright. and please note that the problem is national "just in beirut office" and not international as all the other offices are doing well and finalizing applications in a year time ....

please we are not here to insult any member in this group. we have the same concerns, the same worries.... we are all on the same boat..... Lemans has the right to say anything as it became unendurable the waiting and the processing time.... some decision taken from CIC are merciless and very aggressive ...they can take any decision at any time without any reason ... so, I agree with him, he has the right to do and say anything ....

Thanks Anthony...now yess we are on the same boat..with the difference that u are travelling first class and soon u'll get ur visa....but we all inshallah will arrive to destination soon.

You will aware with the things which lemans did in past..at that time most of the forum members got disappoint and sad by his comment...he also create another dummy account and support to his own account...shame on him
