Our lawyers must make something too.

you see , as soon as you use the magic word the deal is off, especially if you are the one that wants something.
if you are wondering why and really dont know whats going on around the world try googling what lebanese have done around the world for the past 2 decades or so, you will find hundreds of criminal articles and even "reportages" which explains why the only gov that tolerates us for now is Turkey, although that won't last long either cause security measures towards lebanese ,exclusively, in the airport of turkey have escalated in the past 9 months , and i am not surprised after all the articles i have read from around the world.
they dont need/want us, we need them.

I am going next week to sao Paulo ,,, and I will remove my application from the embassy , almost 7 years of waiting an illusion ...

I wish I have never applied to Canada and I have never wasted the 7 precious years of my life in waiting and suffering and wasting opportunities,,,, It was the hugest mistake that I ever done in my life ....

Move to Gulf ;D they say 10 months for visa, I know someone got fast.
but why? what does it add? experienced employees?or immigrants from gulf have more money better for their economy?

just forget that you applied 8) but when they cancelled 2008 application, could be incomplete application,

yma981, keep it a choice maybe one day youll need it.
also your federal application is new 2010?

do as i will do, next february rio carnaval, book for it and go to sao paulo, the bext economie

I feel canada is for lazy people, who wants to sit and wait for everything to come

I cant say I am lucky i dont live in lebanon, because everyday I think how I can go back (10 months for medical & visa in GULF)
also I met someone from france applied in paris and waiting for medical since 27 months but last year got job in Abu Dhabi


Again, I advise everyone try gulf as first step, very easy to get job then make your second step any place, canada etc
In 2 days you get 3 months visit visa to Qatar and you get job, dont try uae, I am here since 2003 & planing to move to Qatar.

I've just asked an immigration lawyer, and he assured me that they can not stop immigration like that, all the matter is they restructured their immigration processes which added some processing time to most of the immigration centers not only the middle east region. add to it the evacuation of Damascus embassy which has worsened the processing times here. anything else is a mere rumor. The people who have applied prior to 2011 might be going by the end this year. others in 2013

I have same feeling, for us they will take the best applicants, and they will be strict with new applicants, remember high chomage in quebec & specially federal part, they cant take us and sit jobless.

go to youtube and write quebec immigration, keep jumping vidéos you will find the fights in their federal parlement to stop quebec immigration process.

Already now new rules became strict AOT section A only 4 professions one of it nuclear & aircrafts hehe means so hard
other sections only 15000 applicants + some quebec graduates and federal yearly quota 10,000 quebec popullation 7+ million too much.

They are worry quebec become seperate country as in 1970s 80s wanted so ;D

why Ankara and Amman are active and they are not Restructuring their immigration process at present????????

you can check another immigration groups and you will see how plenty of visas were granted and issued from Ankara ( more than 5~6 visas in a day and maybe more in a day) and the Amman office is granting visas but in less amount than Ankara...

meanwhile applicants of Ankara and Amman are happy ,,, the Applicants of Beirut are living in sadness, frustration and maybe depression.... many congratulations for those applicants from Ankara and Amman who are requested ppr ..... I have not heard that any Applicant from Beirut vo has granted a visa or ppr, and I am sure you know all the rest :'( :-\ :-X :-[

Every lawyer says something different. The truth is that no one knows anything. It could happen tomorrow or in a year or never. All speculations and rumours. All I know that there is something wrong and fishy about the whole thing in Beirut VO

I am reading other rooms in the forum, I was kidding about wikileaks ;D
I think its slow, because lebanese embassies doesnt pick the calls, you irresponsible :'(

many canadians are calling lebanese embassy to immigrate to lebanon for many reasons:
-lebanon is taxes free ;D
-we have nice weather
-we have generators as electricity backup 8)
-education free, they are still fighting for it :'(
-they have demonstrations in Quebec now,they want to join 8 & 14 March demonstrations ???
-they like to join tires barbeque fiestas every evening sunset, location airport road :
-hiking & paint ball fighting for in tripoli

hope new rules will be implemented in lebanon, they need lebanese nationality 8)
