You should receive an email with the medical of course cause the attached form will contain ur info.
As for the police certificates, if they're asking for them then you should provide them too, they wanna make sure you're still clear since you last submitted them. Did they mention they need all of them again? Or just Lebanon?

It is renewed automatically but it takes I think few weeks to get to your mail, depending the mailing address ur using, valid for 1 year...
I have an address in Ontario so I'm sure it gets here faster. I just hope they finalize everything before mine expires

I have been advised that i need to submit only the Lebanese police certificate and the country where I live right now. I have 60 days to submit all forms and Medical. But I will not be in Lebanon before the end of next month when I will submit requested documents.

BTW they attached with the email a file in EMZ form. I cannot open it. Anyone knows how to open it?

It is a picture I guess, maybe some signature from the embassy.
Save it then open word, click on insert picture and choose the file u saved

Write a paper to assign someone from the family to get you the police certificate, it can be done at the Lebanese embassy.
You can do the medical where you live right now, I did it in Saudi Arabia

Vous trouverez les instructions médicales dans une lettre envoyée séparément .Will I receive a separate email for the medical request?
What about police certificate? I have been in 5 different countries during the last 6 years and for more then 6 months. I already submitted all of them in 2012. It will be difficult to get those police certificate again.I can get for Lebanon and the country where I am right now. Is it enough?Anyway I did not re-visit those countries again.

Did you get your federal AOR in june 2012?? That means few months before my file!!! If that is true, i should expect my medicals in a few weeks :O

Yeah in June. I did not receive yet the medical email,but they said they will send it in the request for update email.They are moving faster now.

I have a question, I lived in France for two years in 2002, do they need the police certificate for it? I did asked for it online "The bulletin n 3" but they did not send anything, so any one knows how can I get it?
