When I do my landing, I will be in CANADA !! then I will follow these instructions which are "as mentioned" for the new immigrants !!
Nothing is mentioned to be strictly for people who are in CANADA and have PRs, so for new and renewals, ANYWAY I will call them and I will post their reply

hi , i received caips notes and like everyone here , my primary office is Bucharest
and it mentions that security, criminality and medical are not started yet while all have due dates in the past,weird!
for those who ordered caips, do you have the same infos?

I just found blog and im glad to connect with you.
I applied for CSQ in 2010 in Damascus ( CSQ received in July 2010)
then applied for federal ( file opened at canadian embassy in damascus, AOR issued in august 2010)
in early 2012 my file was transferred to the canadian embassy in amman- jordan.
... 3 years later ( only few days ago) i received an email from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca (the AOR) from CIC/ at the canadian embassy in Jordan saying that my file that has been received in august 2010 in Damascus in now received in CIC/ Amman... that's the only contact i got after 3 years.

Anybody else who applied for QSW in Damascus 2010 and his files has been transferred to Amman has received a similar email ?

I received the same email from Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca telling me that they changed my application file number from B0591***** to EP 00106*** and they also sent me the UCI number.
I applied for the federal in August 2010.

They mentioned a new numero de demande with EP, however i tried checking my application status online with the B number and it still works...
Regardless of numbers, we need the medical tests !

Have you heard of anyone who applied earlier ( before august 2010) and got anything more than the email we received ?

Yes, the applicants of the 2nd quarter of 2010 have got the medical email. My friend, applied in June 2010, received the medical email on 16 May 2013 from Amman visa office.

Is your friend living in Syria or Jordan?and did the embassy send her the medical instructions by email or post?

He lives in Damascus, Syria, they sent him an email asking for some documents and asking him also to do the medical test, the medical forms for him and every one in his family were attached to the email. They didn't send anything by mail.

Nothing is sent via mail anymore. Even the medical results are sent online. Someone else on this forum received the medical, he's a Amman applicant. All beirut applicants have their files in Romania and most of them did the medical. They have reached December 2010 applicants(Damascus applicants whose files were transferred to beirut then Romania) this month

why your number is EP 00106*** and your application from 2010?
and our number is EP 00104*** and just from 2 months we submitted our applications?[/i][/u][/i]

Because they are working now on changing old numbers the old applicants who haven't received the medical yet.

if your friend who applied in June 2010 got his medical checklist in May 2013, then accordingly my turn should be any time soon, having applied 2 month after him (august 2010).
