Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

0= not finished ... 1= done ... 2= failed...
PSDEC 9 15-04- 2013 = paper screening decision ... means file transfered in 15-4-2013 to GCME and still need to be finalized
BDEC 0 = background check not finalized
OREC 0 = other requirement not finalized
SELDEC 0 = selection desicion not finalized
MEDDEC 0 = medical desicion not finalized
FINDEC 0 = final decision not finalized ..
bfd == bring forward date in 2015 ?????????
I believe those informations in your caips notes are not updated .. beirut office takes plenty of time to update information ....
wait 50 days and then order it again, then you will see in it the real bfd and you will know when they gonna finalize your application.

I just checked again, I can't log into the ecase using the B number anymore...I can log in using the Unique Identification Number provided on the medical test. The status now says "application received"

ahh okay..it appear isnt something bad so to not able to enter for my Ecas..may be it is transferred so for romania as u suggested..thanks for your reply.

I am so sorry to hear about your case, more than 42 months of waiting and still not having the medical, they should have requested your medical a second day when damascus closed.... what a bad luck !
all your file is done, except the medical to be finalized ....
sec crim == security criminality ( police certificates are done) ...
cdec== security decision is done and paper screening is done ..still the Bdec ( background check ) and meddec ( medical decision to be finalized)...
I believe that soon you will receive your medical ... try to correspond with amman vo

Guys i want to share my experience. i appled for jobs to montreal and i got jobs interviews but all were asking for csq. so job is easy there. now planing to go one month to quebec to seeethe place and to apply for jobs or establish business or buy house. since i got my csq lot of chances r there.
what do you think

it's so hard to be waiting for that long time and hearing nothing... they should open up your file 15 months ago.... have you tried to correspond with them ?? have you got a reply ???

i know some ppl they get medicals, some of them in process before me and some after.actually i donot know how the process is going on

if you are interested, you can sue the vo by the federal court " writ a mandamus".especially, those who their applications took a long time in process for no reason .. You can oblige ammam vo to finalize your application in 3 months ...

SELDEC 4 ( why 4 ?) what is the meaning of 4 ?

seldec 4 , selection decision is waived as you already have been granted a CSQ from Quebec ...and that's why all points are given 0 in the federal part except the age..
but this has nothing to do with the interview, as the interview in the federal part is only related to background checks, security and criminality and misrepresentation of information ...

98% there is no other interview unless they have doubts about your security and background checks, criminality or misrepresenting information
