hi friend I got reject dicision after documents update now thinking to sent missing documents and to reopen the file.is it possible.

is there any process of file reopen.admin review is there but it takes almost a year.someone say send document to the Quebec with all missing documents and mention detail of file no. and ask them to reconsider the case then they open the file.

I'm confused: did you get a rejection? Or an intent to reject?

If the latter, did you reply within the deadline?

What "missing documents" do you mean? Why didn't you send them if/when requested?

on 15 sep15 I got intent to reject they requested some documents birth certificate for both and legality of work exp.for me and spouse. I am main applicant my wife experience was garment maker on contract from 2009 to2013.she was not of member not income tax assessee.I to refuse to give letter we only explain that she is not in tax limit we send documents on 1st Oct but they sent letter on 22 Oct that spouse document for legality of experience not sent.hence we reject your application. please accept.

If you didn't send the documents requested, or a valid (in Imm Qc's view) explanation of why you couldn't send the documents, I doubt that Quebec will reopen the file/respond favourable to an administrative review.

It's not clear to me whether the authorities in your country refused to provide the documents, whether there was a delay in you receiving those documents from the authorities (in which case you could have notified QC of this delay & mentioned that you would send them as soon as you got them), or whether you just didn't try to get & send them.

actually my wife was on contract and salary was average7500 rupees/ month which is below tax limit hence she never fill return. she had no pf contribute. ITO refuse to give exemption letter then we sent basic exemption limit for year 2011 and explained why they not filled return.we also asked from India govt about basic exemption limit for salary person from year 2009 to 2013 which was awaited and we wrote to Quebec that we will provide this information as we get.even then they reject file now may be they consider file because we already told that we awaited tax limits.

Again received documents update queries regarding point calculation in Nov-2015 giving 90days time.
They have not considered Bachelor degree and considered AOT points as Zero against 12 as an accountant

i'm interested in your case as i am also an accountant, why they didn't considered your bachelor degree? what is your complete course name? bachelor degree in accountancy?

also, do you have working experience for the last 5 years as an accountant? how many years? they only give AOT points if you have accounting work at least 1 year in the last 5 years
