You should ask your immi lawyer for your user credentials to log into "mon du proj" website where you get to download your CSQ as a pdf.

Oops sorry! I jumped the gun there and assumed you were talking about CSQ.

Do you not trust your lawyer?

Nobody here can confirm if some document is authentic based on a number. For what it's worth that doesn't sound like the format of a CAQ number.
