People, nobody knows yet if your application actually made it or not until you receive AOR or the notice of "caps reached" I sent my dossier on November 4th and reached on November 6th and I still don't know if I made it or not, be patient, wait for any official information, don't speculate... Just try to breathe and be patient.
my people....this canada matter no be here o, lol. i learned of the quebec opportunity and while i was trying to determine my eligibility, the caps has filled up. ok please my seniors ooo, i need help to help me determine my eligibility and position to successfully apply for january 18th. please help a sister. I WILL offer necessary info on my education, field of study, age, language, and work experience etc. God bless

Since Quebec has Recently Published New intake dates for applications from skilled workers, which will start From November 4 to December 15, 2015 for Intake of 3500 applications in print version sent by mail and From January 18 to March 31, 2016 Intake of 2800 applications submitted using the online tool. (http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/dates-immigration-applications-sw.html)
I have Credited a Google spreadsheets, Where Applicants can fill and see details of other applicants.(Hopefully this sheet can be used for all future Intakes, I will Keep Modify and update the sheet as per process and different Application stages)

No - that's not how it works. Security still accepts them. There are definitely applications that were received after the cap was reached. It's going to take them a while (at least a few weeks) to go through everything and return the applications that were received after the cap was reached.

100% agreed. Last year happened to me, file was received by the immigration office and 3 months later I received the email indicating that the caps were filled and my application didn't make it among the 6500 quota. So until you don't receive AOR or that mail nothing is 100% sure.

Could anyone confirm this news? It's so heart-breaking when seeing this. My application is still making its way to Quebec.

Also I would like to know, if it is said that the maximum number of 3500 applications has been attained does it means that definitely no other applications will be accepted or it means that they just received 3500 applications and if there are some problems (not eligible or not enough score) they will accept some other applications?
I think my application will reach today, and I wonder when they will send back my application and documents?
