In MiDi currently they are working on 18 november files.. I calculated by myself and told my husband my CSQ will receive might be on end of Aug. At the same time i saw in the facebook group someone posted, saying that supposedly CSQ will receive within 25days if not can raise complaint via MIDI page. My husband wrote complaint and submitted. Seriously after that i received my CSQ via email.

Congrats! May I ask if you received it by email because the sponsor is outside of Canada or the address given to MIFI was outside of Canada? I'm surprise why wouldn't they then send it to everyone by email. May I ask if you see that the date of approval was before or after your husband sent the complaint? And did they acknowledge the complaint before or after the date of approval?

You may consider the date when your application receive at MIFI. For same you may track your canada post tracking number..
How will I check if they already started BGC? Got decision made on ECAS last March, and nothing follows. No more update.
If your application is still in progress, you can assume it started when you have a ghost update. But if you have DM, is it for sponsor or PA? I would think DM means your BGC is done or if it's not, you can check on your GCMS notes. Or maybe someone else can clarify, if I'm wrong.
