Hello
We are sponsored refugee waiting to be resettled in Quebec
Applied on january 2017 Got Acceptance on august 2017, G number Received on january 2018
Interview done and medical done on October 03 2018 .
Ankara Embassy sent our files to Quebec for Issuing CSQ on Feb 2020 ...
Since than no response.. should we ask anyone for help ?
Any response will be appreciated thanks in advance..

Did Quebec immigration take the payment from you yet ?

It’s normal that people who gave the CSQ after feb didn’t get a response yet due to covid

Yes when you applied for CSQ there was a fee you had to pay

We are refugee i guess that does not go with refugees outside of Canada ..
But we have paid the Quebec immigration fees at the beginning of the process.

Not sure how it works with refugees . Do you have a immigration consultant there or you applied yourself . Usually talk to your consultant . If you don’t have one Usually the phone number we use to call is 514-864-9191. That’s the minister of immigration for Quebec office

No I don’t unfortunately. I would speak to your consultant since they can email them .
But they are right stay patient cause I bet they didn’t even enter your file yet or start processing
It took 4 months for them to start processing mine . They took my payment nov 27, waited till March 11 saying they started processing mine and even taj today it’s still processing . It’s gona take a good 7-8 months due to delay
