Did you call them recently to check the status? I am not sure if they started working on your application
Yes, I did call them on Thursday. They said it is in process.
I figured if they process files received on one day at a time. By now they would have started on our application. But again we cannot predict when and how they process applications.
I called them and they said its business as usual for them although she didn't sound sure herself.
The reason why im scared is because i work at the bank and they said they might even close banks for a few days and we changed our branch hours. CSQ undertaking mailed - September 25th
CSQ undertaking received by MIFI - September 30th
MIFI CSQ AOR - October 11rd (we received the AOR via mail two weeks later)
Medical request - November 13th
Additional docs request (including CSQ request, we wrote a letter explaining we send it as soon as we get it)- December 4th
Additional docs uploaded (except CSQ which we didn't have) - December 12th
-Called MIFI to know whats going on on March 11th, the gentlemen kindly informed me that our application was approved and the paper letter should be about to arrive soon-
CSQ approved (date on the Form) - February 25th 2020
CSQ paper version arrived via mail – March 17th
DM - ??? still waiting, no updates on GcKey

Quick question, did you upload a copy of your CSQ on GcKey when you received the paper version? MIFI mentions they already informed VO of their decision but since VO asked us for the CSQ in December, I thought we're on the safe side if we upload it...

I just called MIFI and the agent told me that my file is being treated. So I guess it is really based on AOR date.
