How are you guys holding up? I actually feel hopeless I don’t know what to think anymore. My application will reach the one-year period in 15 days. Anyone in the same situation like me? I’m still waiting for MR.
I sent my CSQ to the concerned VO last month, they only let me know that it was added to my application, and nothing else.

Does anyone know if IRCC continues to work on the spousal application while MICC processes the CSQ? or does the whole show stop until you get an approved CSQ?

Selon mon experience, IRCC s'arrête jusqu'à ce que vous obteniez un CSQ approuvé.
NDVO didn't start eligibility and background checking till CSQ submission. So MIFI is fooling all of us by saying that the delays won't affect the delivrance of permanent visas. I can say this because had MIFI processed my CSQ on time, my spouse would be here with me before pandemic. You can see that those who live in other provinces, their spousal processes were faster.
