My friend Shahi ... nice to hear that ...

First find out which NOC (CNP) matches with your profession.

I had two big files with myself to the interview...

1. Containing my original supporting documents - listed in the lettre de convocation que vous avez déjà reçu

2. containing my researches printed in a categorized way:

Canada & Quebec

information about society, economy, immigration, history, geography etc

Travaill:
2.1. CV in English, French
2.2. NOC (CNP) principle duties (Taches principles) according to NOC definitions
3.3. Atmosphere & Labor market for your expertise in Quebec
3.4. Companies who are able to recruit you in your field of professions
3.5. find out if your job is regulated or not

So always bear in mind that if you are invited it means that you have passed 70% of the way successfully and for the rest of 30% officer is trying to find out if you are:

an adoptable person with the canadina culture who is having an idea where he is going, what is going to do and your communication skills for sure ... of course they do not like to accepted the immigrants who are looking to be benefitted from their social supporting systems without having any rolls in production and development of their country ... if you prove this to them ... YOU WILL BE 100% ACCEPTED

MY ANSWERES:

concerning my answers I tried to answer my questions by addressing each of them to the supporting relevant documents i had with my self I also when the officer asked me what else i am able to do except mechanical engineering I answered that i have many experiences during my education years as web designer and supervisor of a construction sites,

when he said why i have chosen quebec i told him about my experience in automotive industry and continued with the current quebecs government support to centralize and invest in this sector in future by giving him some fresh ideas about this labor market in this sector with some figures etc

when he asked why i am choosing montreal i told him about the developing automotive sector in this area and gave her some examples about BMW and Hyundai investment with the value and number of employments may be created in this areas ...

other questions were general and was concerning my communication in french and english abilities and she will ask you how you have learned french etc

Hope this is ok to you and other users of our thread to use above information
if you need any more information unasnwered here please dont hesitate to contact me

Best Regards,
Kia

Kia thanks for this detailed reply...i will keep these points in mind

congrats agian ..i ll keep asking questions as i keep preparing ... cheers

Shahi

Shahi,

I believe you're working in IT/Information Systems sector, have you contacted L'Ordre Des Ingenieurs du Quebec?!

Cause I could not find any information particularly relevant to IT/Computer engineering sector.

In addition, I know it would be helpful to make some research on the job market and the available jobs/criteria.

Thank you Kia for the helpful information :)

Yeah Ice mentioned a very important point
she asked if i know about this matter and i completely explained the procedure (etages) of being a member of ordre

its important

bonne chance
Kia

Ice again thanks your supports and confident u always gave me now its shahi's turn to be provided with your supportive sentences ... ;)

best and best for you and hope to see u passing the interview soon

Best
Kia

Hey Iceberg,

No i did not contact them.... beacause only after CSQ do we need to get ourselves evaluated...n i did not find much info regarding the license to practice...

Regarding the Job criteria and labor maket conitions ..is it possible for you to suggest me any sites or resources where i might find one??

Kia and Iceberg..if u can tell me the steps or procedure for being a member of Ordre..that will be very helpful..or any document which cud help me!!

SHahi

Shahi

go and read this site, send them an email and explain them your profession they will lead you to a right section in the site which meets your profession:

http://www.oiq.qc.ca

u can check for finding out many good resources about the labor market.

emploiquebec.net

And after you guys were done i will appreciate if you could let me know what should i in next steps ...

@ MEF can you give me a hand on giving some advices what comes next and what should i do then?

Thanks
Kia

i ll check this for sure!!

Thanks a lot
Shahi

Shahi,

As Kia has indicated these website are helpful to get to know what's required to get the license to practice engineering and information about the job market.

But as you may already know, the IT domain is so vast and the problem is that no particular details about Computer/IT engineering license is mentioned.

I contacted them but their answer was not satisfying (just a link to the same document I have!!!).
So, you may contact them to ask about any specific information (I will contact them back next week).

It would be helpful as well to check "emploiquebec.net" and check the job market needs/offers to your job as well an indicator to the city that offers more opportunities.

Kia,

Thank you my friend for your precious information. We'll keep u as our reference till our interview ;)
Please hurry up and proceed with federal application.

Good luck everybody.

KIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA,

Congratulations.......... my friend.... here is another PIONEER.........Can't wait to see you all Guys with CSQs.......

Mef

Thanks Kbgold ...
hope to see all of you accepted ...

More about my trip to Syria:

Hotel Cham : I visited there ... a real good 5 star hotel if you are intending to be in city center with a very good and famous club downside of it.
price: 168 Euro

Entrance for the club: 1500 Syrian Lira

Hotel Fares:

If you are thinking about a hotel with a very reasonable price, i rank it 3 star hotel you can have it here with around 70$ per night here breakfast: 8$ it has a restaurant there with 2 star

A good restaurant: ALKAMAL

I had such a delicious meal it is a little upper than the square named Al-sahat yusef al-azmeh

As far as i am a person who is looking to experience everything in my trips - regardless of why or what i have been tripping I also found a person in the streets who told me that he can introduce me and my friends - i found two great friends there too - a very good club so we took the risk, took a taxi and wasted around 20$ each person to find out that "YOU SHOULD NOT LISTED TO SUCH A PERSONS YOU SEE IN THE DAMASCUS STREETS AND SOMETIMES THIS IS VERY DANGERUOUS"

Bonne chance and have a nice trip

Best
Kia
