Hi,
I have applied for Quebec Investor Programme , had interview in September 2010, my file was received at Federal in February 2011 - Damascus then moved to Amman (War situation).
Finally, status changed to "in process" on Jan 2016. It seems files were moved to Bucharest. I contacted office there and they asked to update all forms.
My lawyer tells me they will be checking all my papers again.
What should I expect in terms of time and requests?
Any help is appreciated.
