For me I already did the TCF exam twice, 1st time on 13/12/2012 in dubai

And the 2nd time on 06/06/2013 in abu dhabi

So do you think It is it necessary to do IELTS test.

One of my colleagues in work have been received the visa today.

He did the interview in turkey (Aug – 2012) and he send the federal file from Abu Dhabi in the same month.

He received the medical request on Feb-2013.

On 25-May-2013 Medical received.

On 28-May-2013 passport request.

On 10-juin-2013 visa issued.

So it takes only 10 month and not 31 like before

does it reasonable that a medical exam done in 1/3/3013 .. the results received in France in 10/3 ..
the embassy has not received the medical results from France after more than 3 months???
do you think the results will be lost ???

As I continue to be on the damn waiting list for the CSQ interview, would it be possible for me to apply for PhD in Canada and obtain student visa accordingly to then convert the Student Visa into PR through the CSQ? Of course, I will not mention in my CSQ interview that I have intentions to do a PhD...
