i do not think that your case is similar because it is clear from your time line that you received AOR on 9/2011 so from that date you should count not from the date of application

Hey mft25 ... I received a file number on 09-06-2011 ... but within the same email, they requested from me to send a new check (395$ instead of 390$) .. Although I sent my app on 20-12-2010 and they received it in 21-12-2010 (according to Aramex) .. they apply the new amount of 2011 on me .. This was annoying and awkward from their side ...
Do u think I should start counting from first file number or from the second check acceptance date (although as I told you from the first email I did have a file number!) ..

you should count from date of file number which is 9/6/2011 not from the date you apply this is sure

They updated the Quebec immigration website. Now they wrote that they are at November 2011.
Mistake from them or realty ? I can't believe it
