Hello dear and good luck in ur process, u must be patient, now all files are going to Montreal directly and are proceeded there , let's hope they will move faster...but 2012 applicant is still v early, they are sending invitation now for 2010 applicants september/october....so u have a long way ahead.

I read every day your discussions and you're very helpfull. I saw that they are sending invitation to 2010 applicants. Every day I think about Quebec and what my life will be there. It's hard to wait something we don't know if that will happen. It's like a dream... I will wait 2 years but I don't wanna make stand by my life.

U'll have to wait around 1 year for interview or more, and after this for the federal part another 2 years..of course u should live ur life normally and wait , as we can do nothing to make things moving faster...but at least u have this hope that 1 day u'll be there, it's like a opportunity for us , for the future for a better future. Have faith and we are all here if u need any help.

Why you say I will have to wait 2 years for federal? That 8 month now from Saudi Arabia. Files are sent to London biq. If it doesn't change meanwhile...

I don't know dear, but from Lebanon they are waiting for 2 years, hope things will move faster now...in London also are proceeded more than 20 countries, so will take minimum 1 year...i prefere to be prepared for a loong time waiting ..

You cant take us as example because our case different,syria office closed and there was delay.
before it was taking few months, i know many got it fast and werent priority, usually 6-9 months after AOR.

Since your AOR is April, then you might get it in december 2013, not bad to come late better than nothing

I think for Quebec VO is Abu Dhabi for gulf countries :'(

Thank you leman207 for your answer, you're right because now with the new rules they will have less applicants (14000 for all biq). So I hope everything will go fast. But December 2013. Is not now.

hi meeho
you need to wait for 6 months exactly after receiving the email which saying that you are on waiting list so if you receive this email in 15/3 your email for interview will be 14/9 as happened with me. your interview date will be after approximately 2 month from 14/9 so it will be between 10/11 - to 20/11
