if there was any thing missing in my file then i should have been notified of that my file being delay due to missing info or document. Since i sent my file i only got AOR from them and thats it, i dont think any thing is missing may be those profession which r in good demand there be called on priority.

3. Attach 1 image of myself(the Principal applicant) and 1 image of my wife to our application forms.
4. Get a traveler's check with the amount of (352 CAD + 152 CAD), addressed to the (Ministre des Finances du Québec).
5. Attach my diploma, and my wife's diploma.
6. Attach our TEFaQ results.
7. Attach an updated CV for both myself and my wife.

Am I missing anything else, should I send a copy of our passports or even our passports?
Should I send the police clearance (Sijill 3adleh)?
The Civil Registry Record (Ikhraj Kaid Fardeh)?
The family Book? More images?
Reference letters?

I sent following 11 documemnts and my all pepers were accepted and never asked for any more document i hope it will help u.
1-Principal Applicant form
2-Spouse Application form
3-Financial suffienecy Contract
4-CV
5-copies of educational certificates of mine and my wife
6- Job experience certificate
7-Marriage certificate
8-Birth certificates of all (mine, wife, childern)
9-All Passport copies
10- Bank Demand Draft
11- four photos of each (although they asked for two,but i attached four)
12- Later i sent them result of my french level-1 that issued to me by Alliance Fransaise.

Please note the following:

2) You need to submit the transcripts (you and your wife)
3) You need to submit the work experience letters showing the job description (you and your wife is applicable)
4) You need to submit the marriage certificate.
5) You need to submit passport copies (you and your wife)

Can any body tell me exactly how much points I will get in Quebec Immigration Program ? Do I qualify for Quebec Skilled worker Program ??

Please guide me who knows exactly.

My Details are as follows,

1) Education - MBA from India 12 (Please advise your specialization of MBA?)
2) Age - 28 ---16
3) Work Exp - more than 3 Years 6
4) Relative in Canada - yes ( But not in Quebec)
5) Spouse Education - M.Sc 3 (Please advise your specialization of M.Sc?)

6) Age - 28 3
7) Work exp - 4 Years 0
Language - IELTS only (Speaking - 5 , Listing - 7, Reading - 5, Writing - 6) French - No knowledge. 6
9) Fund sufficient.1

Can any one tell me do I qualify for Quebec ??

so fare you have 47 points but as per your area of training(education) you can get another 6-12 points, similarly there are points of area of training of your wife.
so please advise both so that we can calculate these points as well. remember you need 57 points total, you must take admission in french alliance to do frenech langeuage course that will give you and ur wife additional points which will make your case very easier.

- I was supposed to send my package to Damascus, but now it was directed to Montreal, is this the right address?

Just 3 more question please:
- What do you mean by (Bank Demand Draft), is that the (Traveler's Cheque) for the fees? I am not really sure what is the Traveler's Cheque.. All I did is I went yesterday to a big bank in UAE and told them I need "Bank Draft" or "International Money Order"as stated on the websites and they gave me "Demand Draft". Apparently they all seem the same I guess..

Hey Grim,
I think it is logical not to include your highschool transcripts if you're a uni graduate.
But my advice is just to include them, you wont lose anything by doing so. You wouldnt want them to waste time by asking for it.
Beside if they dont want them, they would mention that on the official website.
