Payment has not received yet. From mail/ courier office I found delivery receipt with the scanned copy of receiver signature. Today two months are past.

May I ask you what the subject of email in which they asked you for additional documents was? The subject of the email they sent me was "intention de rejet pour documents manuants". This was a bit frightening for me. The word "rejet" should not be used with people waiting for more than two years just because of sending photocopies instead of originals.

Dear: They asked me for update on my work experience and status; I prepared the documents and sent them right away. I'm living in Saudi Arabia so it was not difficult to get all required docs.

I think you are still in Syria? Or you could not obtain the papers they asked you for.

I suggest that you write an email to them explaining your situation, I wish they would understand.

I sent you a private message with my email if you need any help I can provide.

how did you pay for the fees ? i think they have problem collecting the money . the best way is to pay by cheque withdrown to candian bank.

This is general answer for all applicants if there were missing documents so do not take it personal. they give this time line because they have many files and this their policy . so do not worry and jest send them the original as fast as you can

This is general answer for all applicants if there were missing documents so do not take it personal. they give this time line because they have many files and this their policy . so do not worry and jest send them the original as fast as you can

I sent them the documents they asked for just a week after they asked for them. I hope they received them now and that I will get an answer soon. I was just worried about the subject of their email when they said "rejection". Thanks for comforting me.

since you are paying by credit card and it is not yet charged so i think this is your problem they can not collect the money. in this case they will return back your file ( i wish not ) again asking for new payment method . so i advise you to send it by chique from any bank which can issue chique to canada (most of the banks do that) no need to have account . just give them cash along with id and they will do it

I used the same method and same credit card at CSQ stage as well...there was no issue.

I applied for federal part after CSQ...my application reached at CIC office by 12th Nov 2012....till date I did not get any information from them.... how much time does CIC take to send application receipt? any idea?

it may take up to 2-3 months(current average 2,5months) to receive your federal file number i have sent my file on december 2012 and waiting..

hi guys, im a qsw applicant,
here is my info:
csq received october 2009, interview done in abu dhabi.
federal submited and AOR received january 2010
medical exam submited in march 2012 after 26 month . they send me the medical exams before they close the embassy in Damascus. i still did not receive any info from them after 9 month of submitting the medicals.
