HI ,my friend is on dependent visa in Canada as his wife is here on student visa for three year.

Can he take addmission in college without giving IELTS test as he already has Master's degree.
Or he need to go back to country of origin and do IELTS and apply for student VIsa from there ?

Please advise !

as a matter of fact for me applying for quebec there were no any necessity for english assessment docs while it is said french certification are very useful and helpful for QSW applicants.
meanwhile i have already provided my academic ielts cert. within my docs.
maybe it was not a right answer but what i knew.

File transfer ( as far as i know), is wen the file is transferred to local office for medicals and background check.. Anyhow..i hope it will happen soon for all of us.. Good luck to all.

it depends on the no. of visa candidates... if they have plenty they will take interview in local office in Aus..else u ll have to go to Hong Kong.. depends on situation..

the interesting point is: why Vic should leave australia for Canada ... there is many controversial issues about these places which one is better blo bloblo ...
