But in my opinion you should put the amount of money that you've mentioned in the funds contract in a bank account, and extract the statement when the interview will take place, and tell the interviewer that you have a car (if this option exist), and show him the insurance papers + other papers etc ... and inform him that you'll buy it including all other assets and adding them to the bank amount (5000 or more)... After that you'll take everything with you for the first steps installation in Quebec... ;D
