Hi Ricoluna,
Priority Processing is applicable only till CSQ stage, at Federal stage all applications are treated as ordinary files and according to their turn.

So, no need to worry at all about priority at Federal stage.

UPSSS...SOME PEOPLE SAYS 130 REMARK MEANS U'LL HAVE PRIORITY IN UR FEDERAL APPLICATION...BUT U JUST PROVED IS WRONG.SO NO ONE KNOWS WHAT ARE THOSE CODES..BUT THEY MUST HAVE A MEANING!!! I'LL ASK MY LAWYER, U ASK ANYONE U KNOW..WE MUST FIND OUT SOMEHOW !

I guess your medical test expired? coz my friend her medical expired and she is still waiting still, ??? ???

My friend done her medical and she is waiting , medical expired, they say after you make your medical will max. 1 year for visa..

I found about ur code that it has something to do with ur funds...to be checked when u enter quebec....
Note: code 102.1 means you need to provide proof of funds upon landing

It has been 29 months now. Are you sure that 102.1 means that? You found out from an official source? If yes then can you Plz send me the link? Thanks

i don't think a Registered Nurse will wait 29 months like me, so i think yes there is a list but not a public one

the new update on CIC web, showing 22 months for Abu Dhabi . I think after your CSQ your file will be transfered to abu dhabi as MEF said about his case, he lives in Qatar I think.

So depends on luck, my friend after medical she is waiting since 18 months in Abu dhabi another person from france living in abu dhabi the same waiting.

As mentioned only 425 will get CSQ from Abu Dhabi, I think from Gulf area

I have my friend she is in Lebanon and her husband in Alberta /federal and she is waiting since 15 months and she had done her medical, so do you think our cases more urgent?

Nurse
IT/ Networks
Chemicals

IT/Networks are not in priority I'm waiting since Sept 2010 for CSQ.

Were are all waiting since 2010....for CSQ , the only difference that priority applications get their interview 6 months and others after 9+ months after AOR
but BIQ Damascuss office closed and all files transfered to Montreal, thus there is delay 8)

after CSQ all applications treated the same.some how youll be the same as new federal applicant
I noticed these 3 professions in federal applications it takes less time than others.

where is your application?


UAE applicants send their passport to LONDON for visa stamp, it takes 4 months process
