Qubec Immıgration- Without speaking French

Hi!

I have EE profile and Job Bank account. CRS 366 point. 4 years work experience. ECA and IELTS are done. Trying for any PNP. I cannot speak any French. Please help guys! Does Quebec immigration require French? Could anyone tell me that is it possible to apply mon project without speaking French?

Planning to learn French even if basic if seriously planning to live in Quebec might be useful though unless I suppose just using this as a means to and end for PR.
