Qubec form qualification selection

I Am applying for qubec PR under skilled migration. I am a b.tech computer engineer from India .b.tech here is four year degree program ..my problem is I am confused with what do I have to select from so many selection..do I select graduate which in bracket has some 18 years of academic n stuff.or I select undergraduate which has 16 years of academic .kindly advice.

My husband is a BCOM (3 Years) MBA (2 Years) with total 17 years of studies. Can he select Post graduate degree in Quebc assessment or should he chose for lower levels as indicated in the qualification list.
