Why would, in November 2011, CIC prioritise July 2011+ applications when the rules and NOCs are exactly the same as they are for June 2010+ applications?

Previously you said that post-June-2010 would not be prioritised until October 2011, and you were proven very wrong.

And you said I would get my visa in Q4, and I am getting it in 2 weeks, so once again you were proven very wrong.

What evidence can you give that you are right this time, with your usual lack of proof or source? Or do we just wait for you to be wrong again, like usual?

I think Nectar is talking crap.

All post June 2010 applications (including those received after 1st July 2011) should be processed in the order they arrive, until such a time as Canadian parliament have given the visa offices different priorities, which they have not done yet.

No idea where Nectar got this "November 2011" notion in his head, but IMO it is simply untrue.

Also, it would make no sense to de-prioritise June2010 to June2011 applications when they are under the same NOC list and rules as >July2011.

I suggest you follow our thread here to get real experiences of post-June-2010 applicants:

Since the visa offices are working at different speeds you are probably best to follow the timelines of those applicants from your own visa office to get a good picture of what is happening.

If one post June 25, 2010 applicant got PR visa in July 2011 doesn't mean that all post June 25, 2010 applications will be finalised in June/July 2011.

Just 1 SILLY question... what would happen to those applicants who applied in 1st quarter of 2011 or late 2010. Will their applications be finalised in June/July 2011?

Please be advised that active processing of a PR application may take 6-10 months on average.

I personally know 2 applications who applied on december 2010, and january 2011. And they have their visas stamped and delivered to them in June. 2011.

Yesterday I read Nector's post and I really got disturbed as took the information TRUE because the contents are written in the same style CHC writes in their website, Moreover so many members of this forum were appreciating Nector like any thing, this appriciation made me more anxious.

I searched the Internet and haven't got any proof of the information, sent by Nector, and finally asked him for some weblink, but got NO reply at all.

Today I saw few posts of members who are also considering Nector's post useless and full of his own assumptions ONLY.

I humbly request Mr Nector to Not to share his assumtions in this forum or at any other place over internet, As we all are already very frustrated with CHC's system especially applicants of Pre FEB 2008.

Please stop posting any assumption or any speculation about the action plan of CHC London or CHC New Delhi .

CIC aims to issue PR visas to post June 25, 2010 at highest priority along with final stage backlog/SAP PR applications in 3rd quarter of 2011.

*CHC London is in a position to finalise all the SAP 2007 PR applications by October 2011 which have already undergone & submitted all the medical examination results. The same is the case for post June 25, 2010 PR applications. A small number of SAP 2007 PR applications which are awaiting for issuance of medical instructions are still on temporary hold until the release of immigration plan 2012 on November 01, 2011 but there is a good chance that CHC London will start issuing medical instructions / additional documentations to them by fall 2011. The remaining SAP 2007/2008 PR applications at CHC London are still on hold until further instructions from Canadian Parliament/CIC Minister.

*Moreover, CHC London will compile all the pending fast track PR applications i.e., post February 27, 2008 & post June 25, 2010 in one queue from November 2011 onwards however post July 01, 2011 PR applications will be processed within one year of initial application submission date.

*There is also a good reason that CIC will issue a new instruction in near future to process backlog PR applications as per NOCs i.e., max 200 applications/NOC in one year. This new instruction for backlog PR applications will help CIC to finish all the pending fast track PR applications in the next 2 years.

Hi friend. +1 for you Nice to see someone "seeing the light".

Nectar likes to post in official sounding terms, and likes to make himself seem important. As we can see from yourself, he builds anxiety in people with information that is, for the most part, simply untrue. As you rightly say, this process and the continuing delays for many people is very frustrating, especially for those who applied prior to Feb 2008 who have had to endure very long delays. Such people are desperate for news and will believe anything - and these are the people who Nectar preys on with his false information.

Now please don't misunderstand me. There is nothing wrong with saying opinions and guesses - as long as you make it very clear to people that these are just your opinions and guesses. What Nectar does is post his opinions and guesses in bold blue font and make them sound like they are official, undeniable fact, without of course ever being able to show a viable source.

And for all the loser Nectar disciples who will undoubtedly neg me for this post, go ahead. Really, I am not here to get ratings I am here to help people as much as I can. With real, genuine information. What Nectar does helps nothing. Except for perhaps his own ego.

He needs to get a life, or a sense of appreciation for what he puts people through when he builds up false hopes and misleads people.

Who knows, maybe he just needs to get a girlfriend?

As per your timeline you should be getting MR in near future provided that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been approved.

The active processing of a PR application may take 6-10 months on average.

Dear hamayun,

All pre February 27, 2008 are on hold except a small number of PR applications which have already been undergone and submitted the results of PR medical examinations.

The next exception is those who have already submitted supporting documents to their relevant CHCs but these applications are on temporary hold.

I can only pray for pre February 27, 2008 applicants I am afraid.
