Quarantining - can I leave on the 14th day?

Been trying to find the answer to this but can't. Everything I have read relating to Canada says 14 days. Does this mean I can leave my accom on the 14th day? I see Australia specifies that it is 14 night and you can leave on the 15th day. Bit confusing! If anyone has seen anything that clarifies it would be much appreciated. Will actually make quite a bit of difference for my plans.

I am staying in the same place for 3 weeks - but it is whether I can go out on the 14th day or not.
