Quarantine and getting our stuff released from customs

Hello,

We're moving next month and I was wondering how can we get our stuff released from customs, that we're moving via UPack, since we need to quarantine for 14 days after arrival? Would UPack hold it at the customs facility for more than 15 days without any additional charge? We're moving from US by car to GTA.

It was a breeze. We chose upack. Due to covid, I didn’t had to go to customs office and upack was able to get my stuff released online. They said, only if needed customs will ask to come in person.
