Qualifying Skilled Work Experience . No LMIA from work

Hey ,

I have 1.5 years worth of Work Experience in a skilled job . However my employer doesn't offer LMIA's to its staff .. I qualified for
CEC but I don't have enough Points to give me a chance (275) ..
Anyone been in the same boat ?
Should i be looking to do PNP for 2016 in my field when it opens?

Any help would be great .

Find one that does. If the employer is not willing to spend $1000 to keep a skilled employee when it costs x10 more (or x50) to find a replacement then the best course of action is to start looking for a new job.

Yeah, try to find a job with LMIA

Also apply through PNP or any other way you can find, and do it ASAP because some PNP are too slow.

Try to get a better score: prepare an repeat English test, perhaps also French if you know it, asses your Education...
