Qualify for FSW or CEC?

Hi all,

I have NO foreign work experience
I have completed of recognition of my bachelor and masters under WES

Do i qualify for FSW or CEC or both?

if you have a full years continuous work experience in either Canada or outside, you should qualify for both.
If you have a year in Canada (non-continuous) then only CEC.

right now (without the WES) I have 870 points do you think is better to remove the recognition of my bachelor and master?
I mean less papers to provide the better it is?
