Please advise:
My husband has a OWP expiring in November, he applied for EE and has a AOR. I applied for my PGWP and now I have job + 3 payslips. What option should we chose for him to apply? I know that the BOWP will need less documents, but it will be linked to the EE application, and if it gets a rejection (God forbid!) what will we do? Is it better to apply for a SOWP, as I believe he qualifies?
